Role Summary The Associate Creative Director, Art is a proven creative leader who generates high‑impact ideas and shapes winning campaigns for clients. In addition to creative direction, the role demands strong production oversight, client relationship building and mentorship of emerging talent.

Responsibilities

Lead and own creative work, formulating disruptive ideas with minimal oversight.

Establish and manage client relationships, owning presentations and collaborating directly with clients on productions.

Concept and art‑direct, developing storyboards and comps independently from the Design team.

Understand strategy and ensure all ideas align with the brief.

Manage multiple clients and deliverables simultaneously.

Handle all facets of production and post‑production with minimal supervision.

Work with all disciplines to deliver projects of creative excellence on time.

Demonstrate strong presentation skills both internally and with clients.

Give and receive constructive feedback respectfully.

Show maturity in dealing with business ups and downs, finding creative opportunities on challenging accounts.

Mentor and lead creative teams.

Basic Qualifications

Portfolio or samples of work demonstrating smart, brand‑building ideas and executions.

Preferred Qualifications

Multi‑faceted creative media development.

Production experience across various media types.

Expert proficiency in Photoshop and InDesign.

Independent work ethic.

Collaborative, team‑oriented with minimal supervision across departments.

Excellent communication and presentation skills for clients, internal teams, and management.
