The Marketing Coordinator supports the execution of marketing initiatives to drive brand awareness, patient engagement, and community outreach. This role requires a creative, detail‑oriented professional who can manage multiple projects across digital, print, and in‑person channels. The ideal candidate brings strong communication and organizational skills, with experience in social media and content development.
Responsibilities
Assist in the planning, execution, and tracking of marketing campaigns (digital, print, and grassroots)
Support social media calendar management and content scheduling across platforms
Monitor and respond to patient reviews on platforms like Google and Facebook to support reputation management and patient satisfaction
Manage community engagement across social media platforms by responding to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and professional manner
Draft and distribute press releases for new providers, office openings, service launches, and other key announcements
Collaborate with internal stakeholders (clinical teams, HR, operations) to support recruitment and service-line marketing
Manage inventory and ordering of promotional materials and branded collateral
Maintain and update website provider profiles, location pages, and service content as needed
Pull and organize data for monthly marketing performance reports and assist with basic analytics
Support reputation management and online listings (Google Business Profiles, Healthgrades, etc.)
Assist with email marketing campaign coordination and list segmentation
Demonstrate and embody the Women’s Care mission and core values
Compliance with all HIPAA rules, regulations, and guidelines
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field
1‑3 years of marketing experience, preferably in healthcare, multi‑location services, or a regulated industry
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a strong attention to detail
Experience managing social media platforms for a brand or organization
Basic understanding of marketing analytics, KPIs, and performance reporting
Ability to write and edit press releases, email content, and social media copy
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel); working knowledge of Canva, WordPress, and email marketing tools like Constant Contact or Mailchimp
Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast‑paced environment
Comfortable collaborating cross‑functionally with clinical teams, vendors, and leadership
Self‑starter with a proactive mindset and a willingness to learn
Must be dependable, reliable, and punctual
Preferred Skills
Strong writing and editing skills, including experience drafting press releases and patient‑facing content
Familiarity with social media management tools (e.g., Later, Sprout Social, Meta Business Suite)
Basic understanding of SEO, paid social, and digital analytics
Experience with online reputation management and Google Business Profile optimization
Working knowledge of Canva or Adobe Creative Suite for light design tasks
Familiarity with CMS platforms like WordPress and email marketing tools like Constant Contact or Mailchimp
Understanding of HIPAA‑compliant communications and patient privacy standards
Ability to manage vendor relationships and coordinate branded collateral production
