Partner Engagement Marketing Specialist We are seeking a proactive Partner Engagement Specialist to support the planning and execution of global to‑partner engagement initiatives. This role serves as a central coordination point for managing partner experience and engagement activities, ensuring alignment with business priorities and consistent, high‑quality delivery across all partner touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities

Partner closely with marketing leads, regional partner teams, and events stakeholders to support the execution of to‑partner initiatives – ensuring consistency, accuracy, and alignment with SAP’s brand and partner experience standards.

Manage intake and routing of partner event requests across global, regional, and local stakeholders to ensure consistency and alignment with event governance frameworks.

Assist in testing, publishing, and quality assurance for partner‑facing digital updates and experiences.

Maintain master source of truth for partner events and digital to‑partner promotions to ensure alignment and visibility across teams.

Track milestones, deliverables, and dependencies to help ensure smooth execution from planning through delivery.

Skills & Qualifications

Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple requests and timelines.

Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain structure in fast‑paced, cross‑functional environments.

Collaborative, proactive mindset with strong interpersonal skills and a passion for improving partner experience.

Compensation Range Transparency : SAP believes the value of pay transparency contributes towards an honest and supportive culture and is a significant step towards demonstrating SAP’s commitment to pay equity. SAP provides the annualized compensation range inclusive of base salary and variable incentive target for the career level applicable to the posted role. The targeted combined range for this position is 69,800 - 152,300 USD. The actual amount to be offered to the successful candidate will be within that range, dependent upon the key aspects of each case which may include education, skills, experience, scope of the role, location, etc. as determined through the selection process. Any SAP variable incentive includes a targeted dollar amount and any actual payout amount is dependent on company and personal performance.
