Overview Epstein is looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented
Marketing and Communications Specialist
to join our team! If you're a creative, self-motivated team player with strong communication and problem-solving skills, this role offers an exciting opportunity to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. In this position, you'll collaborate with leadership to build brand awareness and increase Epstein’s digital footprint. Success in this role requires exceptional organizational skills, the ability to juggle multiple projects and priorities, and a keen eye for detail. General Responsibilities
Produce written content for external communications, including website copy, email marketing, brochures, and presentations.
Manage the scheduling and publishing of social media content across LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook.
Contribute to the organization and maintenance of our CRM (Deltek), DAM (OpenAsset), and overall marketing file structure.
Collaborate with project management teams to coordinate project photography.
Partner with Business Development leads to create and produce event promotional campaigns and materials.
Assist the Marketing Manager in developing the internal monthly newsletter.
Lead the proposal development process as needed, working closely with Business Development leaders to create content that effectively conveys technical expertise while maintaining high-quality visual presentation.
Perform other marketing and administrative tasks as assigned.
Requirements
A bachelor’s degree in either Marketing/Communications or related field.
3-5 years of marketing experience within the AEC Industry.
Exceptional writing, editing, graphics, time management, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
Software proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite products (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) and Microsoft Office suite programs.
Knowledge and familiarity of social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook) and web content management systems (Craft CMS).
Ability to multitask and prioritize work assignments with critical deadlines.

Individual compensation is determined by several factors, including relevant education, experience and training, qualifications, skill sets, licensure/certifications and location. Employees are also eligible for discretionary annual bonuses based on both company and individual performance. The salary range for this position is $65,000 - $80,000 annually.
