Structural Design Technician
to provide leadership and support our Built Environment team.
As a key member of our Advanced Manufacturing team, you’ll grow your skills and collaborate to deliver award‑winning planning, engineering, architectural design, construction management, and design‑build project delivery for state‑of‑the‑art structures. You’ll work closely with clients and construction trade partners to develop design concepts, create models from scratch, coordinate designs, and convey structural requirements through 2D paper deliverables and/or BIM 3D Revit models.
You’ll also have the opportunity to lead a small project with a team of designers, establishing project standards, procedures, training, and maintaining team morale. Join us and we will support your continued skill development and provide global growth opportunities.
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent
At least 5 years drafting/design experience in the structural field
At least 1 year of Revit experience
At least 3 years AutoCAD design experience
Preferred Qualifications
At least 2 years of Revit experience
Experience working on traditional steel and concrete structures
Experience leading a team of designers
Experience with healthcare, institutional, or commercial buildings
Experience with Navisworks and Bluebeam
