Job Summary

Vista Manor Healthcare & Rehabilitation is seeking a dynamic, results-driven Marketing Director to lead our marketing and admissions initiatives. The ideal candidate will strengthen community relationships, drive census growth, and enhance the facility’s public image.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the marketing program to ensure high satisfaction and a positive public image.
• Develop and maintain a strong referral base with physicians, social workers, and discharge planners.
• Identify and pursue new marketing opportunities with hospitals, physicians, and community partners.
• Coordinate and participate in facility tours and presentations for potential referral sources.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to achieve census goals and streamline admissions.
• Respond promptly to inquiries and ensure timely follow-up on pending admissions.
• Conduct facility tours and manage the admissions process for residents and families.
• Ensure accurate completion and distribution of required paperwork.
• Maintain detailed records on inquiries, referrals, and marketing activities.
• Assist in developing and implementing annual marketing plans and community outreach strategies.
• Facilitate admissions, discharge, and transfer meetings effectively.
• Meet with residents and families upon admission to ensure a smooth, positive experience.
• Communicate admission criteria clearly and provide updates on resident progress.
• Review and address resident satisfaction surveys to uphold high service standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in marketing or admissions within a skilled nursing facility.
• Proven success in outside marketing and building community partnerships.
• Preferred: Experience in hospital relations and assisted living outreach.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
