Our client is currently seeking a IT Communications Advisor!
As an Advisor, IT Communications, you will support enterprise IT initiatives by developing and executing strategic communication plans that align with organizational change management (OCM) efforts and digital transformation goals. You'll serve as a trusted advisor to IT leadership, driving communications that are clear, consistent, and aligned with business priorities.
Responsibilities
Develop and implement strategic communication plans to support enterprise IT implementations and digital transformation efforts, in close partnership with Organizational Change Management (OCM) professionals. Provide strategic counsel to IT leadership, shaping messaging, stakeholder engagement, and communication timing. Drive internal communications that promote understanding of IT initiatives, reinforce company culture, and support employee engagement during periods of change. Support incident response and emerging issues by contributing to communication planning and execution within the IT command structure. Manage digital content and communication channels to deliver timely, relevant, and engaging messaging across platforms. Maintain consistency in tone, voice, and visual identity across all IT-related communications, in alignment with corporate brand standards. Perform special assignments or tasks as directed by leadership. Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in journalism, communication, or public relations. Minimum of 5 years of experience in corporate communications or public relations. Strong written communication skills and demonstrated strategic thinking. Experience collaborating with executives, business partners, and stakeholders. Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail. Proficiency in AP Style and familiarity with collaboration and communication tools such as SharePoint.
