What to Expect (Job Responsibilities) Lead end-to-end delivery of complex digital advertising projects, including marketing technology implementations and campaign automation solutions
Support implementation and optimization of digital advertising technologies, coordinating cross-functional teams
Serve as the primary point of contact for project teams and stakeholders, delivering clear project communications
Coordinate distributed teams, managing daily standups, sprint planning, and agile ceremonies
Partner with business units to ensure smooth implementation and adoption of digital advertising solutions
What is Required (Qualifications) Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Marketing, Communications, or related field; Master's degree or MBA preferred
10+ years of experience managing large-scale, cross-functional projects in digital marketing or advertising technology
Proven track record leading multiple systems integration projects through their full lifecycle
Hands‑on experience with agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) and traditional methodologies
Background working with remote and distributed teams
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications) Experience working in an advertising agency, providing insight into the dynamic nature of the industry
Consulting experience with the ability to quickly adapt to new business contexts and manage ambiguity
Advanced knowledge of project management tools and collaboration platforms
Familiarity with data privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA) and their impact on digital advertising projects
Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies
