Marketing & Communications Leader | Strategic Thinker | Driven by Curiosity This is a full-time,

100% remote

role at kirpop. The Content Coordinator supports kirpop’s creative and account teams by managing, organizing, and producing content across internal and client projects. This role combines creative execution with logistical coordination, ensuring that deliverables are on-brand, organized, and efficiently produced. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly organized, and experienced in creating content for multiple brands across various platforms. They will partner with the Project Manager to maintain organized workflows and ensure content readiness for all internal and client initiatives.

Responsibilities

Create social media graphics & edit videos for paid and organic campaigns for both kirpop and clients.

Assist with writing social media captions as assigned.

Design case study graphics and internal presentation visuals.

Assist with writing and scheduling kirpop monthly marketing emails.

Manage and organize client-provided assets on our server (images, icons, videos, etc.).

Maintain updated samples of agency work.

Set up new projects in Trello and folders on G-drive.

Setup and populate template for proposal documents.

Schedule meetings as directed.

Support client communication as assigned.

Monitor social channels for comments and DMs, tagging account team for responses.

Assist with client or new business research as directed.

Requirements

1–2 years experience in content creation, marketing, and/or social media management.

Proven ability to create content for multiple brands with distinct voices and aesthetics.

Strong understanding of social media platforms (LinkedIn, Meta, TikTok, etc.) and awareness of trending content types and features on each platform.

Proficiency in Canva, G‑Suite, and MS Office.

Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.

Strong communication and collaboration skills; proactive and resourceful.

Nice to Haves

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.

Marketing agency experience.

Experience with Trello.

Salary is budgeted at $40‑45k.

401k with 3% match.

7+ paid holidays per year.

10 days PTO per year.

Fully remote environment (forever)

Ability to work from anywhere with adherence to office hours of 9am – 5:30pm ET.

We do not currently provide health insurance.
