We pride ourselves on partnering with our clients and delivering projects that result in long relationships spanning multiple projects. The lead position is expected to be an authority or expert in the fields of architecture and interior design. Project Interior Designers are responsible for not only creative and innovative design solutions but also the proficiency and efficiency of the interior design means and methods. Advanced understanding of building design and all phases of the design process, public and health codes, accessible and universal design regulations is required. Advanced ability to produce conceptual, technical, and constructable drawings, specifications, and documentation is required, including material selections, furniture, fixtures, and equipment selections, and the ability to communicate through visual and physical presentations. Production of 3D modeling, renderings, walk‑throughs, and visualizations along with software used to produce them. Collaboration is expected not only within interior design teams and clients but also at every level, including but not limited to project architects, project managers, marketing team members, building engineers, subconsultants, vendors, and design partners. Communication, both verbal and written, is expected to be frequent, concise, and effective and performed with little assistance. Participation in marketing and business development efforts from production of visual concepts, assistance with written proposals, and participation in interviews are required. As part of the leadership for the interior design discipline, participation in staffing and work‑planning efforts is required regularly. Occasionally, travel is required. Qualifications and Certification

Bachelor of Science or Bachelor of Arts in Interior Design from a 4‑year CIDA accredited interior design program. Minimum of 6 years of experience in commercial interiors. NCIDQ Certification or currently working toward certification. Other certifications such as WELL AP and LEED AP certifications are a plus. Skills and Abilities

Advanced proficiency in Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, Enscape, and experience with AutoCAD. Strong written and verbal communication skills – excellent presentation and people skills, as well as the ability to work collaboratively. Well‑developed visualization skills and ability to convey intent of ideas quickly, both verbally and visually. Ability to work quickly, effectively, efficiently and within project timelines. Enjoy working in a team setting and excited to share knowledge and ideas with others, and to help others improve their own skills and expertise. Proven experience in designing interiors for commercial projects. Creative, forward‑thinking, and passionate about creating human‑focused experiences. Prior experience as interior designer for components of projects with demonstrated technical and organizational proficiency. Benefits
