Site Merchandiser & Content Associate
for Amazon and DTC, you will lead the execution of our site merchandising and product content strategy across owned and third‑party e‑commerce platforms. You are responsible for ensuring product content is optimized, discoverable, and visually compelling—translating Stokke’s premium brand positioning into meaningful digital experiences that convert.
This role works closely with cross‑functional partners in Brand, Creative, Digital, and e‑commerce to ensure seasonal stories and new launches are brought to life with clarity, creativity, and commercial intent. This position is based in the U.S. and reports to the e‑commerce Director, North America.
Key Responsibilities:
Own daily product updates, asset refreshes, and QA checks across Stokke.com (Shopify) and retail/marketplace seller portals.
Maintain and execute the master site merchandising calendar across key seasonal and weekly drops.
Ensure digital touchpoints are up‑to‑date, on‑brand, and optimized to drive conversion across DTC, dropship, and marketplaces.
Content Development & Product Storytelling
Translate global product launches, campaigns, and cultural moments into localized digital merchandising strategies.
Partner with Brand and Creative teams to build rich PDPs, PLPs, and homepages with compelling content and visual merchandising.
Drive continuous improvement in how content reflects Stokke’s premium positioning, especially for new and hero products.
Operational Execution & Process Improvement
Define and optimize content operations processes and workflows across platforms and teams.
Identify automation and scaling opportunities to improve speed and performance in content updates.
Use project management tools (e.g., Monday.com, Asana) to ensure on‑time, on‑brand, and in‑full execution.
Cross‑Functional Collaboration
Partner with Demand Planning and Customer Service to ensure site availability reflects inventory status.
Sync with Site Analytics and UX to run experiments and implement conversion rate optimization (CRO) initiatives.
Report on content effectiveness, site performance, and customer engagement using analytics insights.
Better Together – The Ideal Profile Education Required: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Business, or a related field.
Experience Required:
5+ years of experience in e‑commerce merchandising, site content management, or digital operations.
Proven track record of working with premium/lifestyle brands with strong online presence.
Hands‑on experience with Shopify Plus, CMS platforms, and retail/marketplace content portals.
Strong project management skills with experience coordinating across global and local teams.
Special Requirements:
Deep passion for e‑commerce and digital product storytelling.
Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and creative eye.
Strong written communication and visual merchandising sensibility.
Comfortable in a fast‑paced, collaborative, and international environment.
Fluent in English (written and verbal); other languages are a plus.
Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.
