As Director, you will hone your leadership skills, build community relationships, and drive next‑level results while leveraging state‑of‑the‑art technology and creative freedom.
Responsibilities
Create, onboard, and oversee the sales & marketing team
Develop and execute strategic business plans using industry‑standard practices
Produce new content, manage contracts, and oversee SEO & other marketing efforts
Maintain and grow partnerships
Ensure the sales team meets all quotas and owns the full sales cycle from lead generation to closure
Manage data systems and provide analytical reports to drive placements, sales, and ROI
Set and maintain brand, care, and operations standards
Generate new opportunities and cultivate existing partnerships
Oversee the creation and implementation of the organization’s operations and systems that collect data
Skills & Qualifications
At least five years of experience in sales or business development (healthcare, franchise, or similar sectors preferred)
Proven track record of exceeding sales goals and building successful revenue streams
Four‑year business, marketing, or healthcare degree (master’s preferred)
Strong communication skills, both written and oral
Excellent organizational and detail‑oriented abilities
Self‑starter with high responsibility and willingness to take on additional duties during growth
Experience executing marketing strategy plans from start to finish
Innovative mindset and flexibility in fast‑moving environments
