Job Overview Seeking entry‑level and experienced technicians to support aerial cable construction projects in the West Virginia market. Technicians will work in field crews alongside a lead, contributing to broadband infrastructure builds across various environments.
Key Responsibilities
Perform aerial cable installation tasks
Pull fiber and coaxial cables
Assist with traffic control and safety setups
Operate basic hand tools and support utility work
Read and follow construction plans and specifications
Load, unload, and distribute tools and materials
Measure and mark layout areas for construction
Operate or assist with directional drilling equipment
Maintain and clean tools, machinery, and equipment
Tend to pumps, compressors, or generators as needed
Top Skills Required
1+ years of experience in aerial telecommunications construction (preferred but not required)
Solid knowledge of hand tools and mechanical aptitude
Strong reliability, integrity, and work ethic
Willingness to take initiative and support team needs
Additional Qualifications
Must be a team player in OSP underground/aerial environments
Must be at least 21 years old with a valid driver’s license
Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
Comfortable with physical labor and lifting materials
Ability to read and understand technical instructions
High School Diploma or GED

Pay And Benefits The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $25.00/hr.
