What is Required
Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field
7-10+ years of experience in marketing/advertising project/program management and team leadership
Proven ability to facilitate planning and trade-off decisions in a cross-functional environment
Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence at all levels
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent
Expert user of project management platforms such as Wrike, Workfront, or Monday.com
Solutions-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
