What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

Participate in a two-year rotational program across various functional areas, building business acumen and skill proficiency

Collaborate on projects alongside experienced colleagues in Sales, Marketing, and Customer Experience

Engage in foundational experiences and structured training to develop essential knowledge

Take part in leadership report-out meetings to share learnings and receive performance reviews

Foster relationships and invest in inclusivity through intentional connectivity outlets

What is Required (Qualifications):

A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Demonstrated problem-solving and time-management skills

Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite

Availability to travel based on business needs (up to 20%)

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

Leadership experience influencing change, people, and processes

Team-oriented with a proactive initiative

Less than two years of related work experience
