What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Set goals for every client engagement within your pod
Ensure clients follow best practices across all channels, including LTV:CAC modeling and customer generation
Support strategists in overcoming roadblocks to secure campaign approvals
Conduct regular 1x1 conversations with strategists to address roadblocks and create action plans
Lead and empower your team through clear communication and expectation setting
What is Required (Qualifications)
Proven experience in a leadership role within a marketing agency or similar environment
Strong understanding of digital marketing best practices and performance metrics
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work collaboratively in a remote‑first environment
Experience with data‑driven decision making and analytics
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience in B2B tech or SaaS marketing
Familiarity with performance marketing methodologies and tools
Previous success in client retention and satisfaction metrics
Strong storytelling skills to convey analytics and insights effectively
Proficiency in project management tools and software
