What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

Set and manage goals for every client engagement within your team

Ensure clients adhere to best practices across all marketing channels and mediums

Support strategists in overcoming approval-related roadblocks to ensure campaign success

Conduct regular one‑on‑one meetings to address roadblocks and establish action plans

Provide leadership and structure to empower team members through clear communication and expectations

What is Required (Qualifications):

Proven experience in a leadership role within a marketing agency or similar environment

Strong knowledge of performance marketing strategies, particularly in SaaS and tech sectors

Ability to analyze data and metrics to drive decision‑making and client success

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills

Must be available to work remotely and possess a reliable internet connection

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

Experience with LTV:CAC modeling and customer generation strategies

Familiarity with B2B marketing practices and analytics tools

Background in managing teams in a fast‑paced, remote work environment

Previous success in achieving client satisfaction and retention goals

Knowledge of digital marketing trends and best practices
