Set and manage goals for client engagements within assigned teams Ensure clients adhere to best practices across all marketing channels and mediums Support strategists in overcoming approval barriers for campaign execution Maintain accountability through effective communication and expectation setting with team members Drive performance metrics such as NSM attainment, customer satisfaction, and bookings targets What is Required (Qualifications)

Proven experience in performance marketing, particularly in a SaaS or tech environment Strong leadership skills with a focus on team empowerment and accountability Ability to analyze and implement LTV:CAC modeling and customer generation strategies Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Familiarity with performance metrics and reporting within the marketing landscape How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
