Ensure adherence to best practices for client campaigns across various channels

Support strategists in overcoming approval challenges to drive campaign success

Facilitate open communication regarding roadblocks during one-on-one meetings with team members

Lead and empower your team through structured guidance and clear expectations

What is Required (Qualifications)

Proven experience in performance marketing, particularly in B2B tech and SaaS

Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset

Demonstrated leadership capabilities, with a focus on team empowerment and accountability

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

Ability to work effectively in a remote environment and manage virtual collaboration tools

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

Experience with LTV:CAC modeling and Customer Generation strategies

Familiarity with SEO, paid media, and performance creative methodologies

Previous success in achieving high client satisfaction scores (CSAT)

Strong storytelling abilities to present data and insights effectively

Background in developing compelling content tailored to target audiences
