What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

Set and manage goals for every client engagement within your pod

Ensure adherence to best practices across all channels and mediums for client campaigns

Support strategists in overcoming campaign approval challenges and roadblocks

Conduct regular one-on-one conversations with strategists to address roadblocks and establish action plans

Lead and empower your team with clear communication and expectation setting

What is Required (Qualifications):

Proven leadership skills with a focus on team empowerment and accountability

Strong understanding of LTV:CAC modeling and customer generation strategies

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with a focus on analytics and storytelling

Experience in a performance marketing agency or similar field

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

Experience working with B2B tech and SaaS marketing

Familiarity with digital marketing best practices and performance metrics

Previous roles involving client engagement and retention strategies

Knowledge of performance creative and design principles

Ability to work collaboratively in a remote environment
