What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Set goals for every client engagement within your team
Ensure clients adhere to best practices across all channels, including LTV:CAC modeling and Customer Generation
Support strategists in overcoming approval roadblocks to ensure campaign success
Facilitate regular 1x1 conversations with strategists to address roadblocks and establish action plans
Lead and empower your team through clear communication and expectation setting
What is Required (Qualifications)
Proven experience in a leadership role within a performance marketing agency
Strong analytical skills with a focus on data-driven decision-making
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, remote environment
Familiarity with B2B tech and SaaS marketing strategies
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience with goal-setting frameworks and performance metrics in marketing
Background in customer relationship management and client retention strategies
Knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms
Previous experience in a remote work setting
Passion for continuous learning and professional development in the marketing field
