What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

Set goals for every client engagement within your team

Ensure clients adhere to best practices across all marketing channels

Support strategists in overcoming approval roadblocks for campaigns

Conduct regular 1x1 conversations with team members to discuss roadblocks and action plans

Lead and empower your team through effective communication and expectation setting

What is Required (Qualifications):

Proven experience in performance marketing or a related field

Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team

Familiarity with LTV:CAC modeling and customer generation strategies

Ability to establish clear goals and accountability measures

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

Experience in B2B tech and SaaS marketing

Familiarity with analytics tools and data-driven decision-making

Past involvement in strategy development for marketing campaigns

Knowledge of digital marketing best practices across various channels

Previous experience in a remote work environment
