What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

Set goals for every client engagement within your team

Ensure clients follow best practices across all channels and mediums

Assist strategists in overcoming roadblocks to campaign approval

Conduct regular one-on-one conversations to discuss project roadblocks and action plans

Lead and empower your team through effective communication and expectation setting

What is Required (Qualifications)

Proven experience in a leadership role within a performance marketing agency

Strong understanding of client engagement strategies in the SaaS or tech industry

Excellent communication skills with a focus on team empowerment

Ability to analyze and model metrics such as LTV:CAC and CSAT

Familiarity with digital marketing best practices and performance metrics

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

Experience with Customer Generation methodologies

Background in B2B marketing strategies

Familiarity with analytics tools and storytelling in marketing

Previous experience in a remote work environment

Advanced degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
