at its headquarters in Saratoga Springs, NY.

Position Overview The
Senior Marketing Strategist
will take on a leadership position within the Marketing team at Prime Group Holdings. You will lead marketing campaigns and initiatives and oversee campaign strategy, planning, execution and reporting key results. You will partner with the EVP, Head of Marketing, on setting goals and objectives for key marketing initiatives and campaigns and act as the central point of contact for external agencies and media partners. You will also be responsible for developing and forging strategic partnerships across real estate, referral networks, advertising platforms, and other relevant industries that will increase brand awareness and help drive revenue.
Develops and executes comprehensive multi-channel marketing strategies across all distribution channels including digital (email, web, social), traditional (print, direct mail, radio), and sponsorships.
Work closely with internal marketing colleagues (Marketing Operations, Content/Creative, Paid Media, Analytics), and the Operations team to align on overall strategy/objectives and project plans.
Partner with key stakeholders to understand PGH business objectives and translate them into integrated marketing strategies.
Conduct market and audience research to uncover insights that drive strategy.
Lead portions of customer journey optimization across all touchpoints.
Stay ahead of marketing and digital trends (SEO, SEM, social, email, AI).
Campaign Management
Manage end-to-end campaign development including performance tracking and post-campaign analysis.
Set campaign goals and objectives, determine KPIs, and measurements for success. Manage the cross-functional implementation of marketing plans.
Monitor and manage campaign timelines to ensure timely execution and delivery of marketing initiatives.
Oversee campaign positioning, targeting, distribution, and project briefs.
Define the “big idea” for campaigns and ensure execution aligns with business objectives.
Create integrated messaging and positioning along with promotional strategies across channels.
Work closely with the Director of Content to guide copy, design, and video storytelling.
Provide input on tone of voice, key messaging, and channel adaptation.
Analytics & Optimization
Measure and analyze the results of marketing initiatives, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement and optimization.
Monitor campaign performance and deliver actionable insights to refine messaging, targeting, and segmentation.
Translate data insights into actionable recommendations for future campaigns.
Continuously test and refine targeting, messaging, creative, channels and campaign tactics.
Strategic Partnerships Development
Identify and develop strategic partnerships across real estate platforms (Zillow, Redfin), e-commerce, referral networks, affiliates, media partners, and other relevant industries and sectors.
Collaborate with EVP of Sales and Business Development on partnership initiatives.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related field.
8+ years’ experience in integrated marketing, campaign strategy, or channel strategy
Proven track record of developing, planning, managing, and reporting on marketing campaigns and offering marketing solutions to meet revenue goals.
Strong analytical ability - able to interpret data and translate into insights.
Expertise in leveraging customer, market, and competitive insights to inform marketing decisions.
Successfully managed cross-functional teams, contributors, and stakeholders across various seniority levels
Ability to rapidly prioritize and respond to changing business needs and external market dynamics
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, project management tools (Monday.com, Asana), CRM (Salesforce), marketing automation (Hubspot)
Experience in commercial real estate industry or related industries a plus
Creative thinker and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Self-motivated, confident, focused, detail oriented and intentional decision making.
Comfortable managing multiple projects with competing deadlines
Familiarity with creative production (design, video, content)
