Web Program/Project Manager

Our enterprise client in the MedTech space is seeking a dynamic and organized Web Program/Project Manager to drive alignment and execution across their digital and web initiatives. This role will be instrumental in improving how their teams plan, execute, and communicate, helping ensure our digital programs move forward efficiently and strategically. The ideal candidate is a systems thinker who excels at managing complex workflows and processes across a highly matrixed organization, creating tools and templates that enable collaboration, and keeping multiple teams focused on shared goals. This is a 12-month contract requiring hybrid onsite in Arden Hills, MN, or Maple Grove, MN. Candidates must be able to work onsite for TBD # of days per week. Key Responsibilities

Program and Project Management Manage multiple web and digital marketing projects concurrently from planning through delivery, ensuring timelines, dependencies, and milestones are clearly defined and met. Create process maps, RACIs, and workflows to support the transition of content from legacy templates to new templates across our web properties. Create and maintain workflows in Monday.com, Jira (or similar tools) to help track project status, timelines, resource needs, and deliverables to support content production and operations. Facilitate workshops and regular status check-ins to keep cross-functional teams aligned and informed, including product management, UX, content strategy, paid media, business SMEs, SEO/GEO strategists, technology, and production teams. Strategic and Operational Support Develop and maintain both strategy and tactical level planning artifacts, including templates, frameworks, and toolkits, and SOPs to support consistency in planning and execution (e.g., annual planning templates, content calendars, process maps, acquisition playbook). Support coordination of team meetings and townhalls, including materials, presentations, and agendas. Partner with digital marketing leadership to reinforce accountability for deliverables and deadlines across relevant team members to support quarterly reporting needs. Performance Measurement and Reporting Partner with analytics and marketing team members to compile and summarize project performance metrics, including key outcomes, value summaries, and cost, along with future forecasts. Steward accountability by flagging project risks, facilitating solutions, and promoting consistent processes and follow-through on project milestones. Translate progress and impact into concise reports and executive-ready presentations to support quarterly reporting. Qualifications

8+ years of project or program management experience, preferably within digital marketing, web development, or content operations. Experience working within an agile environment, following iterative planning cycles across marketing and IT teams to achieve business and technical alignment. Proven organizational and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities concurrently. Proven experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) or similar CMS platforms. Proficiency in project management tools and task management tools like Monday.com, Jira, Asana, Confluence, and MS Loop. Ability to work cross-functionally and influence without authority. Excellent attention to detail and follow-through, ensuring accuracy in deliverables and communications. Proficiency in creating presentations, reporting, workflows, and strategic frameworks for executive visibility. In this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data, including medical data. This position is onsite and requires you to work closely with other individuals in a collaborative team environment. Additionally, drug products may be present in the workplace.
