Overview
We are looking for an experienced
Structural Revit Designer
to join our
Saint Paul, Minnesota (MN)
office to deliver structural design projects from concept through completion. This role requires technical skills, leadership, the ability to mentor junior team members, and a commitment to high-quality deliverables and thorough coordination across disciplines. Some of the project types include manufacturing facilities, multi-family housing, commercial buildings, structured parking, and other miscellaneous structures.
Responsibilities
Lead structural modeling efforts in Autodesk Revit, delivering accuracy and adherence to project standards.
Initiate and manage new projects on Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC), including setup and coordination with internal and external teams.
Oversee BIM workflows, emphasizing effective collaboration and integration with other disciplines.
Review and implement redlines, provide quality control, and maintain project documentation.
Mentor and train junior designers and team members on best practices and software tools while driving innovation and efficiency.
Communicate effectively with the project team, which may include internal teams, external team partners (i.e. architect, MEP, etc.) and clients.
Maintain project schedule and quality standards.
Qualifications
5+ years of experience with Revit, including Revit Structural workflows.
10+ years of industry experience .
Strong understanding of BIM processes and multi-disciplinary coordination.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Bluebeam software.
Effective communication and leadership skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines concurrently.
Exceptional attention to detail
Preferred / Bonus Skills
Experience with Navisworks for clash detection and coordination.
Familiarity with Autodesk Construction Cloud project setup and management.
Expertise in Revit family creation and customization.
Knowledge of AutoCAD for general design coordination.
Salary Range: $100,000 - $145,000
