Customer Marketing Manager
Schedule: Full-time (40 hours/week)
Pay range: $46-$56/hr DOE
Type: Long-term contract (eligible for extension and contract-to-hire)
Position Overview We are seeking a highly motivated Customer Marketing Manager with strong experience in software or medical device product marketing. This role is ideal for a marketer who thrives at the intersection of evidence generation, customer engagement, commercial alignment, and project management. The Customer Marketing Manager will support cross‑functional initiatives that strengthen product value, elevate brand presence, and drive customer‑facing communication across digital, social, and event channels. This position requires a strategic communicator with demonstrated experience supporting medical device/software programs, managing Key Opinion Leader (KOL) engagement, partnering with clinical and commercial teams, and executing marketing deliverables for conventions and society meetings.

Key Responsibilities Evidence Generation & Validation
Lead development and execution of evidence roadmaps that support differentiated claims and value messaging.
Partner with Clinical, Medical Affairs, and Market Access to align evidence generation with regulatory and commercial strategy.
Convert clinical and economic data into compelling, customer‑facing tools such as ROI calculators, white papers, value briefs, and sales enablement assets.
Oversee marketing and communication deliverables for society meetings and conventions, including content development, booth visuals, presentations, and digital assets.
Collaborate with clinical and marketing teams to amplify visibility before, during, and after conferences (abstract highlights, booth promotions, Key Opinion Leader sessions, etc.).
Internal Communication & Commercial Alignment
Coordinate and distribute regular commercial updates to global and regional marketing, sales, and leadership teams.
Develop clear, concise internal communications (emails, newsletters, SharePoint/Teams posts, executive summaries) to support launches, campaigns, and strategic milestones.
Align with Product and Regional Marketing to ensure message consistency ahead of key internal governance meetings.
Maintain a centralized communications calendar to track product, ecosystem, and program milestones, improving visibility and cross‑team coordination.
External Communication & Content Support
Collaborate with corporate and regional marketing teams to build social media content aligned with brand standards and messaging guidelines.
Draft and schedule posts highlighting clinical partnerships, Key Opinion Leader (KOL) engagement, conventions, and technology milestones to support customer engagement and thought leadership.
Support the development of marketing campaign copy, visuals, and multimedia assets for use across social, digital, web, and event channels.
Required Qualifications
Experience in
software or medical device product marketing
Experience with
Key Opinion Leader (KOL) engagement, convention support, and social media content
Strong communication, organization, and cross‑functional project management skills
Ability to collaborate with clinical, regulatory, and commercial teams
