Mercier Consultancy is looking for a dynamic Czech Speaking Customer Service Representative to join our Fashion & Apparel Department for one of our clients. In this entry level role, you will provide outstanding support to our Czech-speaking customers, assisting them with inquiries related to our diverse range of fashion and apparel products. Your proficiency in Czech will enable you to effectively guide clients through their shopping experience, ensuring they receive the information and assistance needed to make informed purchases. You will play a crucial role in creating a positive, engaging atmosphere that reflects our commitment to outstanding customer service.
