We have an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a passion for the media industry to be an Administrative Assistant, Distribution Sales and Marketing. The Administrative Assistant, Distribution Sales and Marketing will touch multiple areas within the business and will manage administrative functions for the Distribution Sales and Marketing team which goes across all of our verticals of Fox News, Fox Entertainment, and Fox Sports. A Snapshot Of Your Responsibilities

General administrative support: calendar management, phones, arranging business travel, processing expense reports, monitoring regional database and mailing lists, mailing (digitally and manually), filing, copying, processing of department invoices, composition of routine correspondence, creating/maintaining various spreadsheets, managing office supplies, and other general office duties as needed Work with executives to gather relevant materials and create agendas to ensure preparation for meetings Manage the distribution of tickets for sporting events and branded network premium items Assist in drafting carriage proposals, updating programming decks, and distributing FOX International sales materials Manage the post-sales contract execution process, ensuring contracts are fully signed, properly filed, and returned to affiliates Provide general administrative support for all Los Angeles-based executives when visiting the New York office Special projects as needed What You Will Need

Prior administrative experience Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint Excellent written and verbal communication skills Attention to detail with solid organizational and follow-up skills Self-starter with the ability to take initiative and handle multiple tasks simultaneously Able to independently prioritize work and meet deadlines Able to interact professionally with senior-level executives Nice To Have But Not A Dealbreaker

Pursuant to state and local pay disclosure requirements, the pay rate/range for this role, with final offer amount dependent on education, skills, experience, and location is $21.00-27.89 per hour. This role is also eligible for various benefits, including insurance, a 401(k) plan, paid time off, and other benefits in accordance with applicable plan documents. Benefits for Union represented employees will be in accordance with the applicable collective bargaining agreement.
