We’re looking for a senior marketing leader to step in during a temporary coverage period and guide end‑to‑end U.S. brand execution across innovation, launches, and channel growth. This role supports a fast‑paced, global beauty business with strong presence in professional and specialty retail channels.
What You’ll Lead
Oversee U.S. product launches and go‑to‑market plans across specialty retail, pro distribution, and e-commerce
Partner with global/regional teams to shape and localize innovation for the U.S. market
Build launch calendars, sell‑in stories, and in‑store/digital activation plans
Expand the existing portfolio into new channels and accounts
Manage multi‑million‑dollar budgets, marketing phasing, and ROI tracking
Collaborate closely with Sales, Education, Digital, and Events
Provide clear direction and prioritization to the marketing team during the interim period
What You Bring
10+ years leading marketing in beauty, prestige consumer, or specialty retail
Proven success driving U.S. innovation and launch strategy
Strong financial acumen and experience managing significant budgets
Ability to thrive in a global, matrixed environment
Highly collaborative, communicative leadership style
