We are seeking an
Event Marketing Assistant
to join our team and support promotional events, community outreach initiatives, and nonprofit fundraising campaigns. This is an
entry-level role with full training , making it ideal for individuals who are outgoing, energetic, and eager to start a career in event marketing, fundraising, or public engagement. Key Responsibilities
Assist with planning, organizing, and executing onsite events and community outreach campaigns Represent nonprofit clients and communicate their mission to event attendees Engage with the public to build awareness, answer questions, and drive participation Support fundraising initiatives by sharing program information and collecting donor leads Set up and break down event equipment, displays, promotional materials, and signage Maintain a positive, professional, and enthusiastic presence at all events Track engagement metrics and assist with basic reporting and administrative tasks Collaborate with team members and leadership to ensure successful campaign execution Attend team meetings, training sessions, and skill-building workshops Qualifications
No experience required — full training is provided Strong communication and interpersonal skills Outgoing, confident, and comfortable speaking with new people Reliable, punctual, and able to work in a fast-paced environment Flexible schedule with availability for occasional weekends Motivated to grow into leadership or management roles over time Must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the U.S. What We Offer
