Location: St. Louis, Missouri (Hybrid – 70% On‑Site, 30% Work‑from‑Home)

Job Summary Weissman is seeking a Senior Marketing Data + Analytics Manager to transform information into strategic insight across our omnichannel business. This high‑impact leadership role defines and drives the vision for marketing and e‑commerce analytics – translating complex data into powerful stories that inform smarter decisions, sharper execution, and stronger business performance. Reporting to senior leadership, this role oversees a team of analysts and collaborates with partners across Marketing, E‑commerce, IT, and Operations to surface insights that shape Weissman’s growth strategy. The ideal candidate brings a deep understanding of segmentation, forecasting, and performance measurement, paired with the ability to mentor talent and elevate data literacy across the organization.

Responsibilities

Lead the vision, strategy, and roadmap for marketing and e‑commerce analytics, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

Translate complex data into actionable insights through compelling data visualizations and storytelling.

Oversee campaign performance analysis, including ROI, attribution, and customer lifetime value.

Identify strategic opportunities through deep‑dive analyses across customer behavior, channel performance, and market trends.

Drive circulation strategy and partner with third parties to ensure data hygiene and mailfile accuracy (CASS, DPV, LACS, NCOA).

Partner with IT to build predictive and e‑commerce forecasting models that inform strategic planning.

Lead segmentation initiatives that enhance targeting, personalization, and customer journey optimization.

Mentor and develop a team of analysts, promoting curiosity, innovation, and analytical excellence.

Collaborate cross‑functionally to embed analytics best practices across marketing and business functions.

Support enterprise‑wide data governance initiatives to maintain data quality, consistency, and compliance.

Qualifications

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Business Analytics, Marketing, or a related field required.

Master’s degree preferred.

Experience:

10+ years of progressive experience in customer or marketing data analytics.

Minimum of 3 years in a leadership role guiding analytics teams or strategy.

Proven experience in B2B and B2C omnichannel environments.

Demonstrated success leading strategic analysis projects and mentoring analytics professionals.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

Advanced knowledge of forecasting, segmentation, and marketing performance metrics.

Proficiency in SQL, Python, R, or SAS, with strong skills in Tableau or Power BI.

Expertise in data storytelling and visualization to communicate insights to all levels of stakeholders.

Strong collaboration skills with both technical and non‑technical teams.

Strategic mindset with passion for data innovation and building a high‑performing analytics culture.
