We are looking for a part‑time (25 hours/week), permanent position with immediate effect for our publishing division Altenhilfe for:n

Community Manager (m/f/d) As a Community Manager, you are a host, an industry expert and a bridge builder. You are at the heart of the industry, know its people, topics and challenges – and create added value for the community from personal conversations.

What you can expect from us

Together with your teammates, you will lead and develop the relevant communities in the care and social support segment of the elderly care industry.

You are regularly on site at companies, events and association meetings and maintain strong relationships with the relevant players in the care sector.

You moderate the exchange (e.g. in expert discussions, event formats, digital platforms), recognize trends and translate them into concrete offers for the benefit of the communities.

Your work is always customer‑oriented and you always have the needs of our target groups in mind. You will contribute your methodological expertise in moderation, storytelling, editorial work and product development to the editing and further development of our existing formats (print, digital, event).

You establish yourself as the face of the community – known, valued and recognized as a “trustworthy voice” in the industry.

The ability to engage in discussions with market players on an equal footing and to have a proven track record.

The strength of asking the right questions and getting experts to talk to each other.

Outstanding ability to build and maintain relationships.

Confident moderation and host qualities.

Methodological skills for working on formats (e.g. moderation techniques, editorial working methods, product development methods).

You organize your work effectively and are proficient in modern workflow tools and software as well as AI applications.

A feel for topics that move the industry – and the ability to develop useful formats from them.

Enjoy intensive, nationwide travel activities.

Courage to break new ground, seize opportunities and drive innovation.
