We are seeking an Executive Assistant & Marketing Coordinator — an energetic, dependable, and people-oriented professional to join our team. This role blends client service, attorney and team support, and creative marketing. The ideal candidate is efficient, organized, detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and excited about long-term growth in our law firm. Primary Responsibilities
Communicate professionally with clients Support workshops, webinars, team and community events Support attorney with scheduling, travel, meeting and events Prioritize and triage emails; draft responses or flag urgent messages Assist with drafting letters, firm documentation, engagement agreements, and simple correspondence with the attorneys and team to deliver exceptional service Prepare agendas, take notes, and track follow-up items for internal meetings Order office supplies and manage vendor relationships Oversee recurring tasks: birthdays, thank-you cards, firm events, client gifts Help onboard new hires with checklists and internal procedures Develop and manage content for firm newsletter, social media and marketing campaigns Maintain firm branding and update marketing material inventory Skills & Qualifications
Excellent verbal and written communication skills High attention to detail and organizational ability Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and comfort with learning new technology Interest or experience in marketing, social media, or event coordination Prior office or legal experience preferred but not required Bachelor’s degree (preferred) or equivalent experience Ideal Candidate
