We’re seeking a
Marketing Specialist
to join our team and play a key role in driving integrated marketing initiatives across digital, content, and events. This strategic, hands‑on role will serve as a key partner to marketing leadership—translating business objectives into actionable programs that deliver measurable results. You’ll lead campaign execution in HubSpot, manage event strategy and execution, oversee multi‑channel marketing programs, and help evolve our digital and content strategy to strengthen brand presence, improve visibility into performance, and connect every initiative directly to pipeline growth.
Key Responsibilities
Own campaign execution within HubSpot, including building workflows, segmenting audiences, optimizing email and landing page performance, and reporting results.
Manage event strategy and execution, supporting development of event marketing programs including logistics, pre‑ and post‑event campaigns, and lead follow‑up integration.
Analyze campaign data to identify trends, report performance, and recommend improvements.
Collaborate closely with the Business Development team to align marketing initiatives with sales goals, support outreach efforts, and ensure consistent messaging across campaigns.
Develop and refine messaging frameworks and campaign assets that clearly communicate value and differentiation.
Serve as a key partner to marketing leadership, operationalizing plans and improving visibility into results.
Manage campaign calendars and ensure alignment across demand generation, social media, and website initiatives.
Act as the primary contact with our digital agency, supporting website updates, SEO initiatives, and broader digital expansion projects.
Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to inform campaign strategy and identify new opportunities.
Qualifications
4–6 years of B2B marketing experience, preferably in professional services, consulting, or technology.
Proven experience managing campaigns and automation in HubSpot.
Strong understanding of integrated campaign strategy, including email, digital, social, and event marketing.
Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to translate strategy into clear, actionable plans.
Experience analyzing marketing performance data and presenting insights that drive decision‑making.
Familiarity with SEO, website optimization, and digital‑content strategy.
Ability to thrive in a fast‑moving environment and manage multiple priorities with attention to detail.
Collaborative mindset with the confidence to take initiative and contribute strategically across teams.
