The Role We’re looking for a dynamic
Manager of Business Development Representatives (BDRs)
to lead a high‑performing team of five. You’ll drive pipeline growth, coach and inspire your team, and collaborate with sales leadership to unlock new opportunities across schools and districts.
What You’ll Do
Lead & Grow Talent: Recruit, onboard, and develop BDRs to exceed goals.
Drive Strategy: Build outreach plans, optimize lead qualification, and monitor pipeline health.
Collaborate: Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to accelerate growth.
Ensure Excellence: Oversee CRM accuracy, report performance, and stay ahead of market trends.
What You Bring
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Education, or related field.
3–5 years in sales/business development, with 1–2 years in leadership (EdTech, publishing, or SaaS preferred).
Proven ability to coach and develop sales talent.
CRM expertise (Salesforce, HubSpot) and strong communication skills.
Bonus Points
Experience in K–12 education.
Background managing BDR or inside sales teams.

Minimum full‑time salary range: $85,000 – $90,000.
Eligible to participate in a sales incentive plan.
