Job Overview We are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager who can elevate our digital marketing performance across key channels, bringing a data-driven, creative, and highly collaborative approach to driving growth.
*This role can be based out of either our Los Angeles or San Jose office.*
Responsibilities and Duties
Own end-to-end planning, execution, and optimization of digital marketing channels (email, SMS, push, paid social, display).
Build and execute campaign calendars aligned with product launches, promotions, seasonality, and BFCM.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure cohesive messaging across channels and touchpoints.
Partner with Creative and Product teams to bring campaign concepts to life and elevate product storytelling.
Performance Optimization
Act on performance insights (CTR, CVR, RPS, CAC, ROAS, AOV, return rate, list growth, LTV) to refine strategy and continuously improve channel efficiency.
Use data to inform segmentation, lifecycle flows, journey mapping, and personalized messaging.
Monitor experiment results (A/B tests for creative, targeting, send time, subject lines, landing pages) and recommend next steps.
Translate performance insights into clear creative direction for designers and copywriters.
Ensure creatives and messaging align with brand tone, customer needs, and channel best practices.
Review, QA, and approve email/SMS/push assets prior to launch.

Qualifications
3–5+ years of experience in digital marketing, CRM, or growth marketing (preferably in e-commerce or DTC).
Proficient with Klaviyo, GA4, or similar analytics tools.
Strong understanding of customer segmentation, lifecycle marketing, attribution, and a/b testing methodology.
Comfortable analyzing data and translating insights into actionable strategies.
Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
Strong communicator and collaborator across creative, product, engineering, and executive teams.
Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive with a passion for continuous improvement.
Experience in fashion, bridal, or omni-channel retail is a plus.
