Direct Agents is seeking a
Graphic Designer
to join our New York City studio.
The role focuses on delivering high‑impact visual storytelling, web and digital advertising, and client‑facing creative solutions to drive brand results.
Responsibilities
Research, design, and execute a wide variety of graphics projects from conception through completion, including moodboards, flowcharts, wireframes, and mockups.
Collaborate with the Design Studio team, client services, and sales to achieve objectives and exceed client goals.
Produce work in a fast‑paced environment, staying current on digital media trends and best practices.
Provide innovative design solutions across promotional, web, and social platforms.
Maintain consistent project deliverables while prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
Qualifications
2‑3 years of demonstrated experience in web design, online advertising, typography, and information design.
Bachelor’s degree or higher in graphic design or a related field.
Expert knowledge of Photoshop and Illustrator.
General understanding of HTML, CSS, PHP, JavaScript, and multimedia editing.
Web development experience is a plus but not required.
Strong time‑management skills and ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
Self‑motivated, initiative‑driven, and team‑player mindset.
Previous experience in online advertising is a plus.
Location The role is based in our NYC office.
Candidates must reside or be willing to relocate within commuting distance of the Flatiron District.

A competitive salary of $65,000 – $75,000, with annual performance reviews.
Bi‑annual bonus pay based on company and individual performance.
Regular performance reviews and growth check‑ins throughout onboarding and quarterly thereafter.
