Direct Agents is seeking a Graphic Designer to join our New York City studio. The role focuses on delivering high‑impact visual storytelling, web and digital advertising, and client‑facing creative solutions to drive brand results.
Responsibilities
- Research, design, and execute a wide variety of graphics projects from conception through completion, including moodboards, flowcharts, wireframes, and mockups.
- Collaborate with the Design Studio team, client services, and sales to achieve objectives and exceed client goals.
- Produce work in a fast‑paced environment, staying current on digital media trends and best practices.
- Provide innovative design solutions across promotional, web, and social platforms.
- Maintain consistent project deliverables while prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
Qualifications
- 2‑3 years of demonstrated experience in web design, online advertising, typography, and information design.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in graphic design or a related field.
- Expert knowledge of Photoshop and Illustrator.
- General understanding of HTML, CSS, PHP, JavaScript, and multimedia editing.
- Web development experience is a plus but not required.
- Strong time‑management skills and ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
- Self‑motivated, initiative‑driven, and team‑player mindset.
- Previous experience in online advertising is a plus.
Location
The role is based in our NYC office. Candidates must reside or be willing to relocate within commuting distance of the Flatiron District.
