Graphic Designer Job at Direct Agents in New York

Direct Agents is seeking a Graphic Designer to join our New York City studio. The role focuses on delivering high‑impact visual storytelling, web and digital advertising, and client‑facing creative solutions to drive brand results.

Responsibilities

• Research, design, and execute a wide variety of graphics projects from conception through completion, including moodboards, flowcharts, wireframes, and mockups.
• Collaborate with the Design Studio team, client services, and sales to achieve objectives and exceed client goals.
• Produce work in a fast‑paced environment, staying current on digital media trends and best practices.
• Provide innovative design solutions across promotional, web, and social platforms.
• Maintain consistent project deliverables while prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.

Qualifications

• 2‑3 years of demonstrated experience in web design, online advertising, typography, and information design.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in graphic design or a related field.
• Expert knowledge of Photoshop and Illustrator.
• General understanding of HTML, CSS, PHP, JavaScript, and multimedia editing.
• Web development experience is a plus but not required.
• Strong time‑management skills and ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
• Self‑motivated, initiative‑driven, and team‑player mindset.
• Previous experience in online advertising is a plus.

Location

The role is based in our NYC office. Candidates must reside or be willing to relocate within commuting distance of the Flatiron District.
