Hybrid role:
Required to be onsite 2-3 times per week.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Analytics, Economics, Statistics, or related discipline.
5+ years of experience in analytics, preferably within pharma, biotech, healthcare, or a data-driven commercial environment.
Background in marketing measurement, MMM, A/B testing, HCP segmentation, or dynamic targeting.
Experience working with large datasets and tools such as Python, R, SQL, or advanced Excel.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to structure ambiguous questions.
Ability to communicate complex findings clearly to non-technical audiences.
Organizational skills and ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment.
Experience with IQVIA, Symphony or other healthcare datasets.
Responsibilities
Partner closely with Marketing, Sales, Operations, and Business Technology teams to deliver data-driven insights that influence strategy, optimize promotional investments, and guide field execution.
Conduct deep-dive analyses on brand performance using medical and pharmacy claims, CRM data, promotional activity data, and other internal/external datasets.
Develop insights on prescribers, patient access dynamics, and channel performance that inform marketing and sales strategy.
Support evaluation of promotional tactics (digital, field, non-personal) including ROI, impact assessments, and attribution.
Assist in predictive modeling initiatives such as HCP targeting, call optimization, and DEP (Dynamic Engagement Plan) evaluation.
Translate analytical findings into clear, concise presentations for senior leaders.
Support business reviews (QBRs, MBRs, brand planning, field strategy sessions).
Measure effectiveness of field force initiatives, sample strategy, and targeting lists.
