About The Role
Are you passionate about designing spaces that make a real impact in communities? We’re looking for a
Architect
to join our team and support a major
low‑income housing development
in East New York. This is a ground‑up, multi‑family residential project with mixed‑use components—an exciting opportunity to contribute to meaningful urban development.
You’ll work closely with an Associate to guide the project from
Schematic Design (SD) through Construction Administration (CA) , producing detailed drawing sets in
Revit
and collaborating with a dynamic team of professionals.
Support the design and execution of a large‑scale housing project from SD through CA.
Produce high‑quality drawing sets using Revit.
Collaborate with an Associate and project team to meet milestones and maintain design integrity.
Engage with clients to understand project goals and deliver responsive solutions.
Apply your knowledge of NYC codes and zoning to ensure compliance and quality.
What You’ll Bring
Bachelor’s degree in Architecture.
5+ years of experience in architecture, with a focus on new construction and ground‑up high‑rise buildings.
Strong experience in high‑rise multi‑family and mixed‑use projects.
Proficiency in Revit and experience in Design Development and Construction Administration.
Familiarity with NYC building standards and practices.
