Responsibilities

• Support the team in delivering impactful, inspiring content with storytelling.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to design, develop, and update training curricula for various courses.
• Conduct engaging training sessions, workshops, and Microsoft Teams meetings—both in-person and virtual—to diverse audiences.
• Develop communication strategies and plans, including newsletters and podcasts.
• Create global end‑user engagement strategies.
• Produce internal communications for purchasing and cross‑functional counterparts.
• Produce internal communications for leadership.
• Review and refine content developed by the team.
• Lead the scripting and logistics of the Tek Talks podcast, contributing to corporate engagement strategies.
• Contribute to external (public) communication strategies.
• Track metrics and report on communication effectiveness.

Qualifications / Experience

• At least 5 years of experience in a related field.
• Practical depth or proven examples in leading podcast logistics, updating training materials, and creating impactful internal communications for complex organizations.
• Experience in developing targeted, effective internal communications for cross‑functional teams and purchasing functions.
• Ability to organize, present information clearly, and strategically update training content for evolving needs.
• Hands‑on experience with PowerPoint, SharePoint, and MS Excel.
• Intrinsic motivation, proactiveness, and readiness to take charge of responsibilities.
• Enthusiasm for collaborative work and preference for in‑office presence to foster team synergy.

Education

Bachelor's Degree.
