We are looking for a Communication Specialist who will be responsible for communication management and strategic planning, including developing newsletters and podcasts, developing and managing training content, and creating communication strategies and plans.

Responsibilities

Support the team to deliver impactful and inspiring content with an element of storytelling.

Collaborate with subject matter experts to design, develop, and update training curriculum for various courses; conduct engaging and interactive training sessions, workshops, and MS Teams meetings, both in-person and virtually, to diverse audiences.

Develop communication strategies and plans, including newsletters and podcasts; devise global end‑user engagement strategies.

Create internal communications for purchasing teams and cross‑functional counterparts.

Create internal communications for leadership.

Review and refine content developed by the team.

Lead and develop scripting and logistics of the Tek Talks podcast; provide input to corporate engagement strategies.

Provide input to external (and public) communication strategies.

Track and report on metrics.

Job Requirements Experience Required

Candidates must provide practical depth or specific examples validating expertise in podcast logistics, training material updates, and impactful internal communications within a complex organizational environment.

Experience and enthusiasm for collaborative teamwork and preference for in‑office presence to enhance team synergy.

Demonstrated intrinsic motivation, proactiveness, and readiness to take ownership of the role.

Leadership in end‑to‑end podcast creation, including scripting, logistics, and alignment with business objectives.

Strong understanding of crafting targeted, effective internal communications for purchasing functions and cross‑functional teams, with evidence of tailored messaging and achievement of communication goals.

Experience strategically updating training content to meet evolving needs, improve comprehension, or enhance engagement; examples of projects and their impact are highly valued.

Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a relevant field.

Hands‑on experience with PowerPoint, SharePoint, and MS Excel.

Education Required

Bachelor's Degree.
