Responsibilities

• Deliver impactful and inspiring content with storytelling elements.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to design, develop, and update training curriculum for various courses.
• Conduct engaging and interactive training sessions, workshops, and meetings both in person and virtually.
• Develop and manage internal communications such as newsletters and podcasts.
• Lead and develop scripting and logistics of the Tek Talk podcast.
• Provide input into corporate engagement and external communication strategies.
• Track metrics and refine communication content.

Experience Required

• 5+ years of experience in strategic communication, internal communications, or related field.
• Hands‑on experience with PowerPoint, SharePoint, and MS Excel.
• Demonstrated ability to manage podcast creation, scripting, logistics, and delivery.
• Experience developing targeted internal communications within complex organizational structures.
• Track record of updating training content to improve engagement and effectiveness.
• Strong enthusiasm for collaboration and a preference for in‑office presence to build team synergy.

Education Required

Bachelor's Degree.
