Position: Home Care Community Liaison & Referral Marketer
We are seeking an experienced healthcare business development professional to join our fast-growing home care agency in Broward County. The ideal candidate has a proven track record of building referral relationships with hospitals, senior communities, doctors' offices, and rehab centers—and thrives on in-person networking and client outreach. This role is focused on generating qualified leads through community outreach, provider partnerships, and client engagement.

What the Community Liaison & Referral Marketer Will Do
- Community Sales & Promotion — Sell and promote our homecare services in the community.
- Preplan weekly sales activities and build sales according to territory goals.
- Deep Service Expertise — Master every service line, fee structure, and client segment.
- Propose tailored services and negotiate contractual agreements with clients.
- Client Engagement & Quality Assurance — Perform customer assessments and supervisory visits to ensure 5-star care delivery.
- Follow up with existing clients on service satisfaction.
- Lead Management & Coordination — Answer inquiries, monitor all leads, and ensure timely followup with the office team.
- Maintain written documentation of every sales and client interaction activity.
- Competitive Intelligence & Strategy — Communicate market and competitive insights to agency staff.
- Maintain an up-to-date competitive file of charge / pay rates and industry trends.
- Marketing & Brand Building — Create and develop promotional materials, social media content, and community presentations.
- Represent the agency at community functions, professional organizations, and health fair events.
- Collaboration & Growth Planning — Coordinate all sales activity with office staff for seamless onboarding and service delivery.
- Provide the Administrator / Owner with data-driven ideas on new service opportunities and sales potential.
- Participate in setting-and achieving-annual sales and marketing goals.
- Operational Excellence — Maximize efficiency and cost-effectiveness in daily activities.
- Protect all company records and property.
- Participate in after-hours on-call duties and help with office activities as needed.
- Engage in ongoing educational opportunities to deepen your healthcare knowledge.
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of sales and marketing experience (healthcare background requested)
- Self-motivated, creative thinker with a "people first" disposition
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; strong problem-solving ability
- Valid driver\'s license & reliable transportation (mileage reimbursed)
- Fluency in English; bilingual a plus
