Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and driven Healthcare Marketer to join our growing Home Health Aide (HHA) / Nurse Registry team.

Our ideal candidate is someone who understands the homecare industry and has existing referral relationships within hospitals, rehab centers, senior communities, or physician offices.

Base + Commission (based on performance and referrals)

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with referral sources (case managers, social workers, discharge planners, physicians, etc.)
• Represent our Nurse Registry professionally at networking events, health fairs, and community meetings
• Identify new business opportunities and referral pipelines
• Support recruiting efforts by connecting with CNAs, HHAs, RNs, and LPNs
• Collaborate with management to meet monthly growth targets

Qualifications

• Experience in healthcare marketing, home health, or nurse registry preferred
• Strong communication and networking skills
• Established referral contacts (a “book of business”) is a major plus
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented
