Job Description We are seeking an experienced and driven Healthcare Marketer to join our growing Home Health Aide (HHA) / Nurse Registry team. Our ideal candidate is someone who understands the homecare industry and has existing referral relationships within hospitals, rehab centers, senior communities, or physician offices. Position Healthcare Marketer / Community Liaison Location Broward County Type Part-Time or Full-Time Compensation Base + Commission (based on performance and referrals) Responsibilities Develop and maintain strong relationships with referral sources (case managers, social workers, discharge planners, physicians, etc.) Represent our Nurse Registry professionally at networking events, health fairs, and community meetings Identify new business opportunities and referral pipelines Support recruiting efforts by connecting with CNAs, HHAs, RNs, and LPNs Collaborate with management to meet monthly growth targets Qualifications Experience in healthcare marketing, home health, or nurse registry preferred Strong communication and networking skills Established referral contacts (a “book of business”) is a major plus Self-motivated and goal-oriented Join a team that values professionalism, compassion, and community connection.
