Compensation Hourly Rate: $55.00 – $60.00 (approx. annualized salary $90,000–$120,000)
Required Education
High School Diploma or equivalent
Bachelor’s degree or ≥4 years equivalent experience (required for full qualifications)
Required Skills
HTML, Marketing, QA, SQL
Experience with SQL, HTML, JavaScript, and Photoshop (2+ yrs)
Agency experience (2+ yrs)
Responsibilities
Serve as a key partner to various business units to drive audience connection, product adoption, and overall marketing performance
Focus on paid media strategy across digital channels, applying insights, running experiments, building forecasts, and developing scalable processes for partner success
Manage full campaign lifecycle: intake, planning, tactical setup, optimization, and reporting
Collaborate closely with teams across analytics, advertising, integrated marketing, creative, and marketing strategy
Operate as a paid digital expert within Search, Social, and the Growth Center of Excellence
Work at a fast pace, adapt quickly, and continuously learn in a dynamic environment
Understand how paid and organic channels work together within broader brand architecture
Deliver ongoing optimizations, insights, strategic planning, and present campaign performance to internal and external stakeholders
Balance strategic thinking with the ability to execute and implement scalable solutions
Job Duties
Lead and execute digital marketing strategies to drive results across brand marketing, financial professionals, distributors, institutional teams, and worksite teams
Build, communicate, and implement testing agendas for digital activations
Support weekly and bi‑weekly performance reviews with context and insights to strengthen campaign results
Manage digital budgets, forecasting, and invoicing
Own relationships with platform partners in paid social and programmatic
Secure budgets, plan media, set up and QA campaigns, execute and report across social, programmatic, and content marketing channels
Identify new channel partners aligned with business needs
Key Requirements
Strong paid media expertise required, particularly in social and programmatic
Must be able to run A/B and multivariate tests
Must be comfortable working cross‑functionally in a fast‑paced, matrixed environment
Must manage full campaign lifecycle independently
Data fluency and Excel expertise are critical for success
C2C is not available
Only those lawfully authorized to work in the designated country will be considered
