In this position...
Reporting to the Creative Director, this role will be instrumental in driving the look and feel of our licensed consumer products, ensuring every item embodies Ford's iconic brand standards. You'll oversee a high volume of design output produced by over 200 licensees and our Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) retail channels. Your work will span both delivering in-house projects and overseeing creative work with design agencies.
This is a highly collaborative global role. You will forge strong partnerships across a diverse ecosystem including (but not limited to): Brand Owners, Licensees, Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) Retail & e-Commerce Partners, Promotions, Events, Dealers, Category Managers, Product Specialists, Merchandisers, and Agencies. Your mission will be to help teams develop & commercialize successful merchandise programs across multiple geographies.
Qualifications You’ll have...
Bachelors degree required
5+ year design experience in consumer goods
Ability to manage multiple programs simultaneously and deliver against timelines
Ability to travel to key partner meetings, activations, and tradeshows as needed (up to 25%)

Lead the development and deployment of style guides to establish design guidelines that define, elevate, and evolve the aesthetic of our consumer products.
Contribute creative expertise to support high-impact marketing activations; key brand moments; strategic partners meetings; retail marketing materials; and industry events and tradeshows.
Stay ahead of the curve by deeply understanding consumer insights and market trends that shape design trends and drive customer demand for branded merchandise.
