Job Summary:

The Business Development Representative (BDR) is a key member of the Sales Organization with the primary responsibility of driving appointments and new opportunities with new prospective clients.

Pellera helps our clients across a broad range of IT solutions areas, including Advanced Analytics, Data Center, Enterprise Networking, Cloud, and Cybersecurity. Converge serves both public entities and private companies in the enterprise, commercial, and emerging market segments.

Essential Functions:

Creating long-lasting relationships with new prospective clients that will lead to a mutually beneficial business partnership.

Driving appointments and client engagements with new prospects consistent with Pellera’s core-competencies detailed above.

Increasing awareness of Pellera and our capabilities in your target territory.

Increasing sales of IT vendor products to new prospects.

Engaging key vendor Account Executives with the purpose of partnering together to find new opportunities with prospective clients.

The continued follow‑up and monitoring of contacts to ensure Pellera is well‑positioned for future IT projects with new prospective clients.

BDR will work in a hybrid capacity out of our office in Frisco, TX, 2 to 3 days per week on site.

Education and Experience:

College Degree Preferred

Experience with marketing tools such as HubSpot and ZoomInfo is a plus.

Recent grads with a Business, Business Administration or related degree and an interest in pursuing a career in sales are encouraged to apply.

1-3 years experience in a sales or business development role.

Physical Requirements:

Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.

Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
